We left another hotel on Gili Air in the middle of the night and were welcomed at Divino Hotel during the night. The staff is more than just friendly – they felt like family. My child was greeted and entertained every day; they truly adored her. The owner, as well as everyone else, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast could be chosen the day before, and everything was freshly prepared just for you. That was something very special for us – they planned and prepared everything down to the time, and always with a smile. Everything tasted delicious. The room was very clean, and we had everything we needed – completely different from the place before. Housekeeping was always top-notch. I would happily book this hotel again and again. It’s a peaceful place where you can truly relax. It’s never overcrowded, not even at the pool. We had a lovely pool and were always there alone. We absolutely loved our stay – thank you so much for everything, and for the beautiful time we had.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mickey, the owner — a fantastic person who made us feel truly welcome. He was genuinely touched that we chose his villa for our honeymoon, and we were equally touched by his kindness and assistance. So truly, thank you, Mickey, for making our stay so special.

His support was priceless. He also took us to the Turtle Beach- which is one of the best place in Lombok. We liked Lombok. a lot and I wish I could stay there longer. I would like also to mention that their food are high quality food and organic-the room also has a kitchen outside- if you want you can also use their open space kitchen which is located outside while watching a sunset- amazing experience.
