We had a bit of a problem regarding our food but the Chef himself helped us and served the problem right away, we’re very impressed with the service and decided to stay there again a week later.

We felt at home and we felt cared for from the second we stepped out of the car to the second we left the premises. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We had some issues with the water temperature in the shower and not only did they change our room, they sent us cakes and a handwritten note. Especially Lucy, the asst manager, was a dream to deal with, and understands world class hospitality.

Nice and helpful staff..Alfin was cooking good food everyday and very helpful with information..good prices..arranged my motorbike hire and transport and overall a pleasant experience at this friendly little resort..if i came back to sabang would definitely stay here again
