The staff was very courteous and helpful, the facilities were very clean, the ambiance was calm, refreshing.

Built in 1903, Maidens Hotel showcases 19th century colonial charm and architecture. It has an outdoor pool, fitness centre and features a coffee shop which extends into a charming, open courtyard. Modern rooms include a flat-screen satellite TV. Free WiFi is available in the rooms of the property. Excellent location, staff are very helpful. This is a heritage building, so it has this antique charm to it. Food was good, prices according to the standard of the hotel. I would go for the deluxe suite, which is priced a little more than the heritage room but more spacious.

A shout out to Deeksha from Front office and Himanshu from 360 who served breakfast with amazing service and customization and remembered our choices from the previous day. Every time, I stay at Oberoi, I'm genuinely impressed with the service levels of all staff. Very superior amongst all hotels that I've stayed at.

The services from the staff are hospitable and very friendly. The restaurants and bars offer very good quality food and drinks. The location is very close to the airport. Will definitely recommend.
