The staff were all amazing - very professional but also kind and polite. They always made sure to cater to all our needs. Whenever we pressed the 'red button' in the room we received (soon after) what we were asking for (e.g. the bed pillow of our choice) and room service was also excellent and value for money. The room was clean and well-stocked with everything that someone can ask for during their stay, including fresh bottles of water every day. The spa treatment we received was also excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The rooms are fantastic. Very spacious, luxurious with a lot of extra's. Like a bathrobe, an ordering iPad, etc. Loved the soft floor and the bed. The view from the top floor over an awaking Bengaluru was a sight I will remember. The staff was very friendly, especially if you stay a bit longer, they begin to recognize your face and like to chat with you.
