This was a big treat for us on our Indian travels, and we loved every minute of it. The hospitality is absolutely perfect. They really treat you like family and are very thoughtful with daily gifts they leave in your room. We were welcomed in our room with a birthday cake and balloons for my husband's birthday, and the staff made our stay as comfortable as can be. Big thanks to Dillip, Salman, and Sanjeev, who are a credit to the hotel ! The amenities are absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed the heritage tour to learn about the history of the Taj. It is a magnificent hotel, and we look forward to coming back. It was an unforgettable stay.

All the staff, be it the Reception manager and staff, the concierge and also the cleaners are are doing a wonderful job. They are kind and highly professional and take care to make your stay special. Breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to the restaurant manager Navneet Tripathi who took care that everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet offers everything you wish for and has healthy and tasty choices. This hotel has the best staff I have seen for quite a while.

The little practical alarm clock/charging Dock on the bedside table allowed us to charge our powerbanks, and the amazing linen and pillows made the biggest difference. The staff are ALL wonderful. The travel desk manager went above and beyond, and it was such a breeze to make arrangements for us or to translate to our uber drivers.
