Everything, from the staff who were exceptional to the rooms which were always clean and great to sleep in, breakfast was a great selection of foods and the staff were awesome.. We stayed in the suite and the access to the lounge was great, lovely service there aswell.

The private bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer. Select rooms offer a separate bathtub and butler service. This hotel goes beyond expectations in every way. Architecture world class etc. But the service is something you will never experience anywhere else. Every single staff member treats you like you were royalty or their dearest relatives. My son was a little sick when we arrived and once they found out so much personal assistance. An example: My wife was having breakfast and a staff member delivers a beautifully hand written letter addressed to my son enquiring how he was feeling now and so on. It should be ranked 6 star.

The staff are exceptional and so kind and helpful. A special mention to Rachit who went above and beyond to help look after us one evening when I was unwell. Evening gluten free options are better than the pool menu but that’s our only gripe. Metro station is just 200m walk and the hotel is peaceful and quiet. The pool is the best we found during our whole holiday. If you can afford a suite you won’t be disappointed. I would highly recommend Maidens Hotel if you are in Delhi.
