Our experience at the Holiday Inn New Delhi was excellent. The personnel of the hotel was very attentive to our requirements and questions. Breakfast was abundant and had different available food. It has great offer of Indian specialities and also more conventional breakfasts, such as pancakes, muesli or toasts. Particularly, the personnel in the restaurants and entrance of the hotel have been very hospitable. We took an organized trip to Agra by the travel agency of the hotel, and it was worthwhile. The driver and the tour guide provided were very professional and knowledgeable in their field. We had a great time and recommend it forward!

Rooms have wooden flooring and are decorated in natural tones. Offering views of the garden or pool from the large windows, they are equipped with air conditioning, a minibar and tea/coffee maker. The private bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer. Select rooms offer a separate bathtub and butler service. I like everything in this hotel from the beginning! They organised transfer service from airport in high level. I feel like I back home but not an a hotel.

The hotel is exceptional. Excellent breakfast, with Indian delicacies and the possibility of ordering Western items in the kitchen. I recommend the Dosa Masala for coffee. Beautiful gardens, beautiful pool. A lot of peace. An oasis in the middle of vibrant Delhi.Perfect decor. And the must; receive every morning the newspaper of the day we chose. TV with many channels... what more to ask for?
