The welcome was so warm, we immediately fell in love with this beautiful hotel. The location is unique, the view from the terrace is a dream. The complex is very well maintained and the room is spacious and tastefully decorated, the beds very comfortable. Both breakfast (included) and dinner, which we ordered á la carte, were extraordinarily delicious. The team organized a tour of the nearby Periyar Tiger Reserve for us and even when we needed a tuk tuk, they helped us immediately. I had a treatment in the spa, the forehead oil treatment with head massage. I thought it was great and was deeply relaxed (75 minutes for around €40). We would return to Hills and Hues at any time, the stay definitely enriched our vacation in Kerala.

Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety 😋 The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling, especially Sneha, Manoj, Abin, and Albin — they even surprised us with a cake and a gift for staying with them for a long time 💖
