The room was exceptional . I stayed in the panoramic room overlooking Hussain Sagar. Fantastic. Was able to get a Cappuccino even at 3 AM. The staff were very courteous . Breakfast was exceptional. Special kudos to Sanjana at the breakfast table. She was happy to help me despite my numerous nagging requests at the table :). Gym was neat and clean . The pool was outstanding ! Would stay here if I were to visit Hyderabad again.

You could easily stay there for three days without ever needing to step outside. The restaurants were fantastic, the rooms were amazing, and the service was truly exceptional. Centrally located in Banjara Hills, Mercure Hyderabad KCP Banjara Hills- An AccorHotels brand offers spacious rooms with city and lake views. All was fine except a problem of food: no continental food. But the staff put all their strength together to make us happy. From break fast to supper we were served non spicy food and the service was excellent. Location was very good too. Ch. PURENDER and Ganesh GANGONI form a super team. All the serving team is very good. Thanks n congratulations to the front and duty managers who do everything to make guests happy. Human ressource is really at high level.
