Everything about the hotel was great! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were well-designed. My friend and I were so tired, and the hotel felt like a sanctuary. We were only supposed to stay one night, but we decided to extend our stay in Agra by one more night just because the Trident felt so relaxing.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and had a very smooth check in. Overall best experience.
