Got superb hospitality from staff. right from house keeping to chef. Dileep is a superb entertainer. he was added feather in our Sterling Wayanad strip.

The aesthetically designed rooms, main building, restaurant, and the pool. The vibe of subtle luxury. The room is well-equipped, even by 5-star standards. The food was good when we ordered a la carte. Service and hospitality were top-notch.

If you like to be in the middle of Nowhere, and like to stay in a premium property, and like nature - Flora is the place. - The property is very artistic in design. - Rooms (eps. 209) are massive, a true feeling of luxury - 5 Stars for service - Food is great too. ** Carry your own alcohol as there is none served at the property and no nearby place to buy. Also all rooms no smoking. All in all a great experience.

We stayed in one of the tree houses. The experience was exceptional. Never have we experienced nature from such close quarters. The facilities were of a five star property. We were escorted to our tree house by a guard everytime . A must to do for all nature lovers. All the meals were elaborate and had delicious local cuisine. The cleaniness and upkeep of the resort was great and the staff was very warm and welcoming.

The property is well maintained, the staff are very friendly and courteous. We were well taken care off by Mr Karthik, Vipin and Chef Israfil. The food is delicious and we also got a few complimentary dishes from the chef when we wanted something that wasn’t on the buffet menu. The staff not only took care of our vehicle at parking but also cleaned the vehicle for our journey back. It was all smiles and while the rooms are immaculate, the highlight still is the staff. They were spectacular and made us feel at home.

Superb location with amazing vista. We felt very relaxed. Staff and the manager couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was amazing special thanks to the chef who produced a vsriety of tasty local food and made us feel at home. Local town of Kalpetta only 5 minutes drive away with excellent shopping and dining facilities.
