Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

La Peschiera is a luxury 5-star hotel on the Adriatic Sea in Monopoli. It offers natural spring-water pool, a sauna and panoramic views of the sea. WiFi is free throughout. Guests can enjoy free access to the private beach equipped with parasols and sun loungers. Having breakfast by the sea every morning was the best moment of our day. Amazing, amazing, amazing. Staff was always kind and attentive, great location to go from and to the different areas around.
