The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. We asked for plates to be cleared from our room on the first evening and when we returned, much later, our housemaid had performed a full bedtime turndown service for us, placing slippers at each side of the bed, drawing blinds, turning on bedside lamps and our bathroom was fully refreshed. Quisisana truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with a young violinist playing in the background! Excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.

We were welcomed to enjoy the pool and facilities after check out too. An incredible stay.

Finally il Zuma Capri, the rooftop restaurant which serves contemporary Japanese cuisine. hands down and hats off to the wonder that this team in Jumeirah capri palace, I have lived in UAE for 7 years and been to many Jumeirah's around the world but trust me when i say that the personal heartwarming hospitality of the team in Jumeirah capri elevate the world of hospitality and you have to forget all hotels and all establishments as i have been to Milan, lake Como, Rome, Sorrento and Positano but from now on i will have only one destination which is not capri but Jumeirah capri palace and that's it. its worth every dollar and i am a hard critic but from Fabio the hotel manager to Vincenzo hotel front manager to Gabriella and Karim in reservations and Lorenzo and Roberto in concierge to Fredrico in the pool to Fabrisio the driver. This goes to Jumeirah hospitality .. all the above amazing people have to be rewarded and promoted for representing the Jumeirah brand specially in the world of hospitality you will never find another Fabio, Vincenzo, Gabriella, Karim, Lorenzo, Roberto, Fredrico, Fabrisio. retain them as they give the hospitality industry its definition back

Offering a free shuttle service from Capri's Marina Grande port, located 500 metres away, the Art-Nouveau Hotel Excelsior Parco features 2 hot tubs with panoramic views and a rooftop garden. Wi-Fi is free throughout. Capri’s Best Hotel The hotel is located in the perfect place between the main square and the big marina (Marina Grande). It offers a free shuttle to both destinations and the drivers were so kind and helpful (Buddika, Pradeep). It has a beautiful classical architecture with antique pieces that you’ll appreciate, also it’s very clean and neat. The rooms are very unique, each one has its individual design with hand painted walls, honestly more beautiful than any picture you will see. The staff certainly made the trip much more enjoyable. They helped us with our itinerary as they booked for us some of their recommended beaches and restaurants and made all of the rest of our plans easier. Most importantly, they were always friendly, smiling and patient to our inquiries. Thank you Stefano, Mariano and Gaia. The breakfast experience was like no other. It’s serving not a buffet and the restaurant’s menu is delicious and full of verities. You can enjoy the breakfast from the hotel’s garden or even at your room. Peppe was the restaurant’s manager and he was an absolute angel. Thank you so much Peppe and the waitress Mariana. I’ve been to many high end chain hotels from around the world but this has certainly exceeded all of them.

Rooms at the Pazziella are decorated in a contemporary style with light colours and antique furniture. Each is air conditioned, and includes satellite LCD TV and a minibar. Free Wi-Fi is available in all common areas and rooms & suites. Pazziella is beyond amazing. A service experience like no other. The communication through Whatsapp was accurate and fast. We arrived to Capri by ferry, you can schedule the transporation in advance through them. There was an ambassador waiting for us to take us to our scheduled taxi service. During the stay they were extremely helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. They took care of everything at check out, luggage, transportation back to the pier and the ambassador stayed with us to make sure we took the right ferry. It was our first time at Capri and they made everything so perfect. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 17 years and Pazziella truly has one of the most amazing teams I've seen. Special thank you to Roberta and Silvia, they were outstading and the true "definition" of what hospitality means.
