Abano Ritz Hotel Terme is a 5-star hotel offering thermal swimming pools, SPA programmes, and beauty treatments. The property features 3 restaurants appreciated for their fine, certified wines and regional cuisine. WiFi and parking are free. Albano ritz is exceptional in comfort and service. The staff were approachable and spoke many languages, which was great since I had limited Italian. Even when dealing with staff that didn't have any shared language with 6 would do their utmost to help or always had a colleague near who was able to communicate. All of the staff are wonderful people who are willing to go the extra mile. The spa treatments are well priced and well worth it. The majority of the hotel decor is of a classic look but is extremely well maintained and kept. This is successful in creating an atmosphere of a traditional high-end establishment. The exception to the classic style seems to be the creative rooms that are spacious and truly unique, each having its own style, often interesting and more modern.

All classic rooms come with a flat-screen TV with Sky channels, coffee and waffle machine. Free WiFi. Clean -quiet - beautiful - staff was wonderful ! There are bigger thermal pools, but this one is so nice with adults only. Also- it isn’t overcrowded, so you don’t need a lot of extra room. Felt like they kept the numbers lower to create the perfect balance. The peaceful ambiance helped me relax and unwind after a busy holiday season. I will be back!

Bristol Buja has been in the family for 3 generations. It has an excellent team of helpful and professional staff. This was my second time staying in Bristol Buja hotel. The hotel did not get maintained or updated for a very long time. It is surprising that it ha a 5 star rating. The quality of food went down the hill as well. There were big flies sitting on the food at the buffet area.

Nothing was a hassle. I was on a B&B package, and the breakfast was fantastic. Everything I wanted, and more. The room was gorgeous, and everything was spotless.
