Super cosy and beautiful spa facilities, and in general all the facilities in the hotel are very modern and well maintained. Funicular 50 meters away from the hotel. Really comfortable room when with kids, sliding door separating the kids sleeping area from the rest of the room, very well thought through.

Stayed at Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz and honestly, it was perfect. The staff were amazing-super friendly and always went out of their way to help without ever feeling over the top. The pizza-making class was such a fun touch-really hands-on and relaxed, and the pizza turned out great too. The facilities are next level, especially the spa. Everything felt really high quality but still comfortable and welcoming. The food throughout the stay was genuinely fantastic. You can tell they care about what they serve-every meal was a hit. Would go back in a heartbeat. One of those rare places that gets everything right.

From the moment we arrived, the personnel were exceptional. The reception and concierge team were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff, from the bar and restaurant to the SPA, was friendly, professional, and always available to assist. Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel also offers guided hikes with a mid-mountain guide from Monday to Saturday, which are included in the price. These hikes were a wonderful way to explore the local area and take in the natural beauty. Additionally, we rented e-bikes for a day and spent a few amazing hours cycling up to Canazei. Riccardo, at the bar, was equally impressive, mixing delightful cocktails and creating a warm atmosphere to unwind in the evenings. I also indulged in the spa treatments, and the massages were so exceptional that I booked two more during my stay. The culinary experience at Adler Lodge deserves special mention. From the bountiful breakfasts and satisfying lunches to the delightful aperitivo and exquisite fine dining dinners, every meal was a celebration of regional and seasonal cuisine. The pasta dishes were some of the best I've ever tasted, and the free-flowing Italian wine perfectly complemented each meal. But the true cherry on top was the exceptional staff. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed, pampered, and completely taken care of. Their warmth and attentiveness truly elevated my experience from wonderful to extraordinary. If you're seeking an escape to a place of unparalleled beauty and tranquility, I wholeheartedly recommend the Adler Lodge Ritten. It's an experience that will stay with you long after you've departed.

The area is popular for skiing, and ski equipment hire is available at this 5-star hotel. LeFay is a beautiful property, and I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was impressive, the staff was extremely friendly, and I loved the amenities such as the heated pool, massage, bar/lounge, and both restaurants on the property. The location cannot be beat. Pinzolo is a beautiful city and I was able to attend the Easter Sunday mass at a historic church in the middle of town. Just across the river is Carisolo, another scenic village with a stunning church and some great restaurants. My favorite was Ristorante Pizzeria All Antica Segheria. Finally, my friend and I followed the hotel staff’s recommendation for some local hiking. Just behind the hotel is a small paved road which climbs into the mountains and takes you past some local farms. The view was fantastic and all of the local people were very friendly. Our April weather was pleasant but we also imagined what it would be like to visit in summer or even in the middle of winter to see the snow. I hope to return to this property very soon!
