Located in Riscone, Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz - The Leading Hotels of the World features a restaurant with an open kitchen, a bar and a spacious wellness and fitness centre. Stayed at Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz and honestly, it was perfect. The staff were amazing-super friendly and always went out of their way to help without ever feeling over the top. The pizza-making class was such a fun touch-really hands-on and relaxed, and the pizza turned out great too. The facilities are next level, especially the spa. Everything felt really high quality but still comfortable and welcoming. The food throughout the stay was genuinely fantastic. You can tell they care about what they serve-every meal was a hit. Would go back in a heartbeat. One of those rare places that gets everything right.

From the moment we arrived, the personnel were exceptional. The reception and concierge team were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff, from the bar and restaurant to the SPA, was friendly, professional, and always available to assist. Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel also offers guided hikes with a mid-mountain guide from Monday to Saturday, which are included in the price. These hikes were a wonderful way to explore the local area and take in the natural beauty. Additionally, we rented e-bikes for a day and spent a few amazing hours cycling up to Canazei. The experience and views were incredible, making it one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks a lot, Daniele! The restaurant staff (Raffaele, Saverio, Matteo… all of them) deserve special mention. They were superlative! Always impeccable, they provided a personable experience, treating everyone like they were special and remembering what each guest liked the most. The restaurant itself serves delicious cuisine, beautifully presented and made with high-quality ingredients. Riccardo, at the bar, was equally impressive, mixing delightful cocktails and creating a warm atmosphere to unwind in the evenings. The SPA facilities are world-class, offering a serene escape with a variety of treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. The daily activity program offered a fantastic array of complimentary options, from invigorating hikes and yoga sessions to thrilling mountain e-biking excursions. I even had the unique opportunity to trek with llamas and alpacas (for a small extra fee), an experience I'll cherish forever. The heated pool, with its panoramic views of the Dolomites, provided the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. I also indulged in the spa treatments, and the massages were so exceptional that I booked two more during my stay. The culinary experience at Adler Lodge deserves special mention. From the bountiful breakfasts and satisfying lunches to the delightful aperitivo and exquisite fine dining dinners, every meal was a celebration of regional and seasonal cuisine. The pasta dishes were some of the best I've ever tasted, and the free-flowing Italian wine perfectly complemented each meal. But the true cherry on top was the exceptional staff. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed, pampered, and completely taken care of. Their warmth and attentiveness truly elevated my experience from wonderful to extraordinary. If you're seeking an escape to a place of unparalleled beauty and tranquility, I wholeheartedly recommend the Adler Lodge Ritten. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is very clean and feels brand new. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s also very quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. One of the best parts is the location — it’s close to all the main activities in the area, and just a short walk away from a delicious restaurant called Alkukh (The Hut). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.
