Set at an altitued of 500 metres above the sea level, at the foot of Mount Etna, Monaci delle Terre Nere is 2 km outside the town of Zafferana Etnea. The breakfast was excellent. The location not easy to find especially if you are there for the first time. The staff is well trained, kind and ready and eager to go the extra mile to please you. Marzia received us and she is the milk of human kindness. Fabrizio in the bar is a genius of cocktails. Sonia the massagist is first class and very experienced. Chiara in the restaurant is excellent

The Ashbee Hotel is an early 20th-century villa set in front of Taormina's San Pancrazio Church and 100 metres from the Greek Amphitheatre. Rooms offer unique views. It was amazing! The hotel is fabulous, within walking distance from the center of Taormina. The surroundings are beautiful, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the bed sheets simply the best! You must try St. George Restaurant by Heinz Beck, the only 2-Michelin-starred restaurant in Taormina! What an experience! Each dish was carefully created and the flavors were just wow! And the staff — the staff makes it all! Thank you to all the personnel for the care you offer to each guest, for the smiles, and for your professionalism. Diana, you have my heart! Thank you for making our 10th wedding anniversary an unforgettable experience!

Atlantis Bay is located on a cliff in Baia delle Sirene Bay. The property boasts a panoramic restaurant with veranda, a swimming pool, and a private floating sea platform. Nice breakfast staff. Great valet

Mazzarò Sea Palace is set above Taormina's beautiful Mazzaarò Beach. It has a wellness centre, its own sea-view pools and a free private beach. Being our first visit to Sicily we were amazed at the proficiency and professional kind attention we received from start to finish of our three night stay. The airport pick up arranged by the resort, the drive and the kindest of welcomes on arrival from Katerina made us feel already at home. The suite with the terrace with a grand view of the beach and ocean cannot be described in words but has to be experienced. The room, bathroom and the most comfortable bed you could relax in. Breakfast is a journey of its own. Vast variety of choices and a total experience as if one is on a journey of its own. The Armonia restaurant is an a league of its own. Try the red prawns fished locally and you will be addicted. The prawn Carpaccio took my wife's breath away, Linguine with Vongole is a must and Tiramisu takes you to gastronomical heaven. All washed down with Etna Rosato. Amazing staff, very attentive and professional all the way. Comfortable sunbeds and attentive service at your fingertips. The overall ambience, the kindness and care taken to make our short stay memorable is definitely on our Wishlist to return to

The staff were incredible and the level of service was unmatched. I can not fault this place, we are coming every time we’re in Italy!
