We really appreciated the small things; the welcome note and chocolate, the welcome Prosecco, the attentive response of staff, help booking dinners, turn down service. We felt extremely well cared for and we would come back in a heartbeat. We did not have time to fully take advantage of the hotel offerings as there was so much for us to see in Florence. The breakfast is so beautiful and the cocktails to die for. Returning to Florence would be in part enticing to be able to return to La Gemma.

Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel is housed in the Renaissance Palazzo Gaddi, dating back to 1596 and boasting traditional Florentine Baroque halls. Spacious room, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Europe. Absolutely beautiful hotel.

The property, nestled in the rolling Tuscan hills, consists of a main building and a converted tobacco warehouse, hosting in total 146 rooms and suites. The property and the view was spectacular - it was more like a village than a hotel - and the view… The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast selection I have ever experienced and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The spa and gym were also amazing and of the highest specification. We did a wine tasting with Enrico who was the best guide - it was the perfect amount of knowledge and enjoyment!

The location of the property is great - within walking distance to all the important sites. The staff was very helpful, provided us w/ umbrellas, an excellent tour guide and great recommendations.
