Botania Relais & Spa - The Leading Hotels of the World is 500 metres outside Lacco Ameno, near Ischia’s San Montano Bay and the Negombo thermal spa, easily reached by a footpath. The hotel is in an incredible setting, the staff are wonderful and go the extra mile. Really enjoyed our stay and have no real complaints

O Regina Isabella-Resort Spa Restaurant fica no local de antigas ruínas greco-romanas, diretamente na beira-mar de Lacco Ameno, em Ischia. location , beach and service allover!! One of the best Hotels in Europe, I do hope to come again next year!!

Hotel Manzi is situated in Casamicciola Terme. The rate includes access to 2 thermal pools, Turkish bath, sensory showers, internet. Hotel was lovely, room was clean and very comfortable. I liked the spa area and the gym as well. Breakfast was little bit limited but you were able to order for example omelette and other products from the kitchen. Staff was very welcoming and also when leaving early in the morning, they were waiting at the door and organised my travel to the airport.

Luxurious interiors and the best location on the island, we always stay there. 🤗

Miramare Sea Resort & Spa is set in a pedestrian-only area of Sant'Angelo, on the south coast of Ischia. Directly facing its private beach, it offers Mediterranean-style rooms with a sea-view balcony.... Everything was exceptional about our stay at Miramare - from the friendliness of the staff, the tastiness of the food, the cleanliness of the rooms and all the amenities... The destination is a bit tricky to get to but honestly worth all the trouble for that location and the experience.
