The hotel is located a very short walk from the center of Orta San Giulio, with free parking on the hotel grounds. The room had a stunning view of Lago d'Orta and Isola San Giulio from the small balcony. Views from the restaurant patio were equally amazing, and the food was outstanding. Breakfast not quite as good, but still perfectly adequate. The pool is also a nice bonus...

Well loved our pretty room under the eaves of this very old, family run hotel. We had a delightful view over the roof slates to the lake and mountains. Room and bathroom with painted walls and a luxury spa bath were much enjoyed. We enjoyed two excellent evening meals in the restaurant overlooking the lake. Breakfast was good, with fresh fruit. It was so nice just being able to wander out into the streets and piazza of lovely Orta. The staff were very friendly and offered helpful information.

Location was superb. The environment was exceptional.

Excellent location on the lake shore, 50 yards to the boat terminal. Modern and contempory decor, very clean and very comfortable spacious rooms. Brilliant breakfasts - nothing better than eating outside in glorious Italian sunshine. Excellent staff helping with all our needs, including recommending and booking superb local restaurants to dine in the evenings.

The location and the food are outstanding. The service was also exceptional. The evening meal was one of the best we had in our two week holiday, most of which was spent enjoying amazing Italian food. The rooms are a little basic, but the views, meals and service more than make up for this. We would recommend and we would return in an instant

5 stars all the way. Our host Alda was so welcoming and checked up with us regularly to see if we needed anything. Would definitely go back 😁
