Our stay was delightful from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which set a wonderful tone for our visit. The rooms and the entire property were impeccably clean and well maintained. The hotel staff, particularly the reception team, were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to assist us — even helping us organize a lovely bike tour around the lake. One of the highlights of our stay was the private Turkish bath in our room — it was absolutely exceptional and such a unique experience that it will be hard to go back to a regular room after this.

Clean, very well maintained, good food and overall impeccable service. I will absolutely return. In my opinion, it’s one of the most beautiful hotels in not just Italy, but Europe overall. The room I had was very spacious with a stunning view.

This impressive hotel boasts an enviable location, overlooking Lake Como and just 100 metres from the pedestrian centre of Menaggio. Admire the view across the lake to Bellagio and Varenna. Hotel room was very well furnished/decorated, the hotel and rooms are all very modern in style (while many luxury hotels in Como are not), and the staff were incredibly helpful. The spa was also a real highlight - incredible!
