This 5-star design hotel is set in a quiet tree-lined boulevard in a residential area in the heart of Genoa, a 10-minute walk from the main shopping street XX Settembre and city centre. The location, facilities and staff were all above and beyond. We loved our stay in Genoa so much, and I believe that a large part of that was because of how much we loved staying in this hotel. It is so close to the city center but is such a lovely, peaceful retreat. The fitness room is well equipped and comfortable and it was a lovely surprise that the pool has resistance jets so that one can swim laps. The room was huge with a large comfortable bathroom and a separate walk-in dressing room. Breakfast was great and everything was wonderful.

Everything. Very nice people all around. Including valet service, cleaning service, waiters, reception, concierge. Great stay, swimming pool outside is great. Everything was great!

Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience. The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go. In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly, highly recommend this hidden gem.

Villa Riviera Resort is a widespread hotel that combines the highest international standards with the atmosphere of the Ligurian Riviera and typical Italian hospitality. Amazing views! Hyper quiet and relaxing, even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay we had the feeling that there was nobody else and the entire hotel was just for us. Extremely friendly staff and the evening drinks spot was by far our favorite.

Grand Hotel Miramare overlooks the Gulf of Tigullio at Santa Margherita Ligure. The tropical garden has a sun terrace and a saltwater swimming pool. The Miramare offers free WiFi. Everything- location, views, staff, food. It was perfection!
