Botania Relais & Spa - The Leading Hotels of the World is 500 metres outside Lacco Ameno, near Ischia’s San Montano Bay and the Negombo thermal spa, easily reached by a footpath. The hotel is in an incredible setting, the staff are wonderful and go the extra mile. Really enjoyed our stay and have no real complaints

Excelsior Belvedere Hotel & Spa is set in the centre of Ischia and offers free WiFi throughout, a private beach, and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Gulf of Naples. Breakfast was more like a feast! Dinner was delicious! The staff were more than accomodating. The facilities are beautiful and the manager was delightful (and gave us great tips and a lovely parting gift!) We met some lovely guests and hope to return next time we are in Italy!

San Montano Resort & SPA features a natural sauna,11 out-door thermal pools, an in-door pool, a wellness centre, gyms, a garden and free WiFi. A beautiful place, perfect location and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. My wife and I had a beautiful time at the San Montano, we will go back for sure.

Regina Isabella-Resort Spa Restaurant is on the site of ancient Greek-Roman ruins, directly on the seashore in Ischia's Lacco Ameno. Salt pool was amazing to lounge around Hotel was walking distance to great places like Mezzatore for dinner Breakfast was the best experience I've ever had at any hotel in Italy or Europe TBH Hotel had a wide range of pool options and was a beautiful sea scenic view Huge property so it felt like you were in a private estate with very little people to bother you Picked up from the port in a Tesla - 1 of the only 2 on the island Evening staff were by far the most helpful in giving us strong local options to truly experience our time. Hotel Manzi is situated in Casamicciola Terme. The rate includes access to 2 thermal pools, Turkish bath, sensory showers, internet. Hotel was lovely, room was clean and very comfortable. I liked the spa area and the gym as well. Breakfast was little bit limited but you were able to order for example omelette and other products from the kitchen. Staff was very welcoming and also when leaving early in the morning, they were waiting at the door and organised my travel to the airport.

Located on Ischia, Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa has an outdoor pool and sun terrace with views across to Naples. Everything is perfect. Great place, amazing rooms, the best staff, delicious food.

Mare Blu Terme is in Ischia's old town, overlooking the Aragonese Castle and 200 metres from the main shopping street. The hotel features its own thermal baths and wellness centre. The hotel and room was wonderful. Very nice relax area. The location was great. Island Ischia is amazing! I'm sure I come back for longer..

Our favorite and best hotel on the island of Ischia. Great spa, delicious breakfast with stunning views of the sea and the castle, very helpful staff at breakfast and reception. Luxurious interiors and the best location on the island, we always stay there. 🤗

Miramare Sea Resort & Spa is set in a pedestrian-only area of Sant'Angelo, on the south coast of Ischia. Directly facing its private beach, it offers Mediterranean-style rooms with a sea-view balcony.... The room was gorgeous, the view was breathtaking! The swim platform was ideal although you need to get there early to reserve a spot. The staff were super friendly and the shuttle service to the taxi rank was really helpful (although a paid service). The breakfast was super yummy, the hotel itself really clean. It’s also a great location for exploring the little town and close to the local beaches.
