Offering free WiFi, all air-conditioned rooms come with a satellite flat-screen TV and a private bathroom complete with a bathrobe and slippers. Some units have a spa bath or balcony. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, hotel facilities were amazing, with a stunning spa area and outside pool area. The delicious breakfast and free parking (incl. EV charging station) made it a perfect stay.

Overlooking Juno’s Temple, the sea and either the pool or the garden, uniquely decorated rooms and studios come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Some room come with a private pool. This was a great base for touring around the Agrigento area. The main appeal for us was the private pool each room had. In summer, after a whole day off walking in the heat, relaxing in a pool with a bottle of wine and some snacks was the best. If it was winter, this would need less appealing. The room otherwise was very compact but clean and modernly appointed. Bed comfortable for us. The aircon is a bit noisy at night. We didn't have breakfast, instead we headed to local towns for coffee and cornetto. Are at the restaurant once. It was very good. But it's all about those private pools!

Set at an altitued of 500 metres above the sea level, at the foot of Mount Etna, Monaci delle Terre Nere is 2 km outside the town of Zafferana Etnea. A former winery surrounded by the greenery and vineywards, it offers free Wi-Fi and parking. The location is amazing, on the skirts of Mt. Etna, and all the facilities, from the pool to the restaurant in the old building are amazing. We were attended to in the friendliest way by the entire staff, including a private traditional Sicilian pasta making lesson; they were all great. The view is amazing, the food was outstanding, overall an unforgettable experience in all senses.
