Grand Hotel Et Des Palmes is an elegant Art Nouveau building, right outside the restricted traffic area. It is a 5-minute walk from Palermo’s Massimo and Politeama Theatres. The building where the hotel is located is simply amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The room is also very nice, and we loved the dual showerheads in the bathroom that work simultaneously. Definitely I’d love to go back.

We were given an upgrade on arrival and stayed in a luxurious suite. Five star treatment beginning with a great breakfast buffet that contains everything you wish for. The staff is very welcoming, always helpful and everyone has a genuine friendliness. Indoor pool very large (20 m) and spotless as well as the fitness centre. Great stay. Mille Grazie 😊

The Ashbee Hotel is an early 20th-century villa set in front of Taormina's San Pancrazio Church and 100 metres from the Greek Amphitheatre. Rooms offer unique views. Loved everything!! Breakfast was perfect, made fresh and to order as well as some items on the buffet. Staff were so lovely!! Really made you feel welcome and remembered you as it is only a small boutique hotel. Perfect number of beds by the pool also.
