Set in a former nobleman’s residence 1 km from Arenella Beach and 7 km from the centre of Siracusa, Dimora Caiammari Luxury Hotel & Spa is an elegant 5-star hotel on the Plemmirio Peninsula. We had a truly wonderful stay at this spa hotel. Nestled in a stunning garden, the hotel provided a tranquil and picturesque setting for our getaway. Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large private balcony with a beautiful view of the garden. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a delightful range of homemade pastries and cakes every morning. Dinner at the hotel was also very enjoyable. This family-run hotel stands out for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit.

Grand Hotel Des Etrangers is located in the centre of Ortigia Island and boasts beautiful sea views. It features a restaurant specialising in national cuisine. Only one word “ EXCELLENT” I stay so many hotels in so many countries. I can say this is the best hotel I stayed. It’s expensive but worth every penny.

Set on cliffs overlooking Siracusa and Ortygia Island, Minareto is a 5-star luxury hotel in the protected Plemmirio area. The property is immaculate with beautiful cactus and olive tree gardens. The view is fabulous. From one side there is rocky beach with a view of Ortigia and on the other side there is a lovely sandy beach overlooking a cove. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. The staff was helpful and accommodating. It is about a 20 minute easy drive to Ortigia which we did a couple of times. Local attractions were easy to get to.

Set in Siracusa in the Sicily Region, 200 metres from Porto Piccolo, Caportigia boasts a sun terrace with panoramic views of the surroundings. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. From personnel to room, everything was perfect and felt like staying there already many nights. In fact, I was about to extend our stay just because of everything felt simply right.

Offering a rooftop terrace and glass elevator with sea views, the Grand Hotel is next to the main harbour and a 5-minute walk from the Aretusa Fountain. The place is simply amazing! The attention given to us were shown in little details that make this hotel a 5 star establishment. Bottle of proseco waiting for when you walk into your room from visiting around….little notes making you understand that they care about their customers and the staff is absolutely marvelous. The highlights is the restaurant on the top floor serving the best of meals all to a spectacular view of the sea and port.
