Really comfortable room when with kids, sliding door separating the kids sleeping area from the rest of the room, very well thought through.

I must say all the complementary coktails were very impressive both in authenticity and in flavour! The wine list is also high standards. - the pool. Not only it is beautiful and pristine clean but the water is at perfect warm temperature and the size big enough for real proper swimming! Impressive! - tranquility of the grounds mainly in the sauna areas. - top notch quality of the complimentary electric bikes. - staff polite and pro active. Although we didn’t know what to expect we were pleasantly surprised with overall experience of the hotel. Room was cosy, but it had all we need. large closet, spacious bathroom and magnificent view. Window bed was such a gem, especially in the night when we were able to look into the sky and watch the stars from the bed – it felt like we are somewhere outdoor in the middle of the woods. Breakfast and dinner offered quite a variety of the food. We were anxious every evening to see what will be on the menu. Staff was very helpful and it felt like they'll do anything to fulfill all our wishes. Spa center is not the biggest one, but saunas are and outside pools offer breathtaking views to surrounding mountains. We've loved sauna infusion programs and morning activities that were organised. We've stayed for five days, but next time it should be seven.

Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.
