Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel is housed in the Renaissance Palazzo Gaddi, dating back to 1596 and boasting traditional Florentine Baroque halls. View was amazing. Window of our room literally looked like a picture frame of the Duomo. Room condition and staff was excellent as well.

Beautiful location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle to the town and back several times a day

They made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely heartwarming. The spa is a haven in itself. Devoti Restaurant deserves its own standing ovation. Set within a beautifully restored old church, the ambiance alone is magical. But the food—every single dish—was a revelation. It’s a beautiful hotel located right next to a vineyard. Locations are beautiful, many pools to choose from. Staff was very friendly and the service is up to a 5 star hotel. There was a courtesy Champagne bottle in our room and a hand written letter to welcome us. A free tote bag and an umbrella as gifts. At the check out they gave us a nice gift with a bottle of truffle oil. They really take care of the details.
