Fantastic breakfast and service with a beautiful Matterhorn view! The orange juice and nutella croissant were amazing. Tour of the hotel upon arrival. Parking garage has big size spaces. The spa is very nice too with enough sauna options, you can also grab juice/fruit from there. The roads to/from hotel are well maintained and are easy to drive even after snowfall / freezing.

Lovely views from the room. The staff was so so nice (and went out of their way when I left items at the hotel). Can walk to the cable car in champoluc to Crest. You can take many nice hikes directly from Champoluc. And it has parking!

Open for dinner, the on-site restaurant serves traditional dishes with a contemporary twist, while the bistrot offers à la carte options all day long. You can also enjoy a cocktail at the bar, that overlooks the climbing wall. We had a wonderful stay at Aethos Monterosa. Highlights being the amazing design of the hotel (there is a climbing wall inside!) and the staff's kindness. The breakfast is lovely so is the spa. We would love to come back soon!

If you care to look it's obvious how much thought has been put in to each detail. It is well-deserving of the Michelin recognition it has achieved. The location is to die for; the hotel manages to feel quaint while at the same time being quite luxurious. We particularly appreciated that the spa was included in the room price (aside from services such as massages). We did day hikes in the area during our stay, but it would have been easy to hang out at the spa all day long. The salt room was our favorite. The breakfast buffet wasn't the largest we have seen, but each item was delicious and there was nothing lacking.
