All produce was fresh and all the meals I had were amazing. The bar tender in the lounge bar made me a special drink at my request. Everyone was extremely helpful from check-in to checkout.

All stuff is very professional and friendly. I had a bunch of flowers because I stayed there during my Birthday and I wanted to bring it to Milan, so the members of the Stuff gently packed my flowers so I could bring them home. SPA is the must!:) I highly recommend it. Thanks a lot to Alice who were on the phone even in her free time helping me to chose care products. Also even if you want to eat outside I recommend to try even once the restaurant of the hotel, I loved it. I definitely recommend this hotel.
