The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The luxury room on the beachside was a perfect size for 2 people.

The resort feels very upscale, with a very nice beach, enough lounge chairs, day beds, comfortable rooms, central location.

Good location, nice bar, comfy room. We stayed only one night so didn't explore much. There are good restaurants that are walking distance but it felt a little far from the action and the crowd felt more upscale than other places we have been, friendly but less varied. The room was nice. The pool was small but well maintained. Like everywhere on 7 miles beach, beautiful sunsets. Located right on the beach too.

I like thw staff hospitality, from the bartender to thw security,the manager,even the passer by was friendly, I even got a new.mattress while I was there,I never had that when.i visit a 5 star,just saying lol.

Loved the location of this hotel, right on the beach. OK so its not a 4 or 5 star, however, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean and quite modern, and the food is good. We always found something to eat. My partner is also Vegetarian and he found the choice of food enough. The All Inclusive here is just Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Meal, including drinks all day. No snacks etc. But, we found this more than enough and the location is amazing. Free Air Conditioning is an absolute plus too!

A quiet section of negril beach but close to everything. Not a 5 star resort in terms of facilities, but an unpretentious, laid back, more authentic vibe, unlike the all inclusives. We had a great time, totally chilled, and the staff are lovely, very friendly, especially behind the bar/restaurant and on security which makes all the difference when on holiday.

We arrived having stayed in a 5-star, all-inclusive resort. This is several steps down from that. However, all rooms face the sea as the hotel is perched on cliffs at the very western edge of the island. We had a first floor room with a view and easy access to the water front. Decades ago, it had been a hot bed of Jamaican music and hosted festivals.
