During our stay, we were fortunate to have Hamza as our hotel manager, and his exceptional service truly made our experience unforgettable. He was always ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. His friendly and welcoming attitude created a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Jordan — and believe me, we have visited five different hotels during our trip! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the breakfasts were both delicious and satisfying. The hotel’s location and amenities felt like a true paradise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba!

The Villas - Bedouin Boutique Resort có khu vườn, phòng chờ chung, sân hiên và nhà hàng ở Wadi Rum. Khách sạn 5 sao này có phòng giữ hành lý. Fabulous! We were the only couple staying for the night we were at The Villas but staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. From snacks on the terrace, to the beautifully cooked dinner, the cabin was very clean and comfortable and in a stunning location for sunset. And team willing to try to accommodate food intolerances. Top marks and warmest thanks. Highly recommended!

The manager and the staff are excellent, they made our family feel private by granting us additional privileges and promotions. Family business, very friendly and convenient, I highly recommend it. We stayed in the tents of Mars, which are nothing but amazing. The food is great too. I just wish we stayed more than one night, we enjoyed it and I advise everyone in this camp
