During our stay, we were fortunate to have Hamza as our hotel manager, and his exceptional service truly made our experience unforgettable. He was always ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. His friendly and welcoming attitude created a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Jordan — and believe me, we have visited five different hotels during our trip! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the breakfasts were both delicious and satisfying. The hotel’s location and amenities felt like a true paradise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba!

Desert Jewel Camp tọa lạc ở Wadi Rum và có đường trượt tuyết thẳng tới cửa. Not only were the facilities wonderful, the host Mohamed and his father, the owner, gave us great cultural tour and experience. Mohamed’s father developed this camp as a more homy and cozy Bedouin style camp. The Egyptian chief made really delicious food and his smile makes you happy. I would definitely recommend this cozy place for couples and families.

We enjoyed it here and tried all the activities in this camp. It was a good choice for us. The staff are very kind and have experience in making the guest happy. The camp is very safe. I recommend it without hesitation. We will come back here again.

When we took a two-hour tour of the stars in the desert, it was like a miracle in its magnificence.

We had a wonderful time. We left our car and went on a tour of the desert. It was an experience that we will never forget. We thank everyone in the camp for their hospitality. Everything was perfectly organised. Everything you needed was there and everyone was very cooperative. We had a really wonderful time. Dinner was wonderful. The food was perfect and we had a wonderful night around the fire. Dancing around the fire on Bedouin music. The room was amazing. We had a private courtyard and you can sit outside and look at the stars all night. We don't have enough words to explain the wonderful time we spent. Hope we'll get back soon. Thank you for everything I recommend this.
