They also great us with the biggest smiles. When we just finished trekking they bring us nice cold hibiscus drinks. The receptionist himself came up with the kitchen staff to deliver breakfast. And not to mention all facilities are perfect - nicest shower we had in all our trips. Lastly, if you are visiting Petra, it is only a 5 minute walk from the visitor center. Super convenient. Everything is good here, 10 out of 10.

We had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

Nothing was too much trouble. He was flexible with meal times and provided me with an excellent breakfast and evening meal. The location and views over Dana Biosphere Reserve were fantastic. I wanted to have fruit for lunch each day and he provided it every day without fail. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to others .

The property also boasts a great panaromic view of the hills of Petra at the pool side. The elderly gentleman at the reception (forgot his name) really helped us in planning our Petra walk and even arranged a drop off and pick up for us. They have an amazing spread for breakfast. There is a nice park which is 3 mins walk away from the property as well.
