Location is perfect, just 7 minutes from the main gates of Petra. Special praise deserves personnel of the hotel - they really made their every best effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Momen who works at the reception was very attentive and helpful. We also absolutely loved the guys who work in the hotel’s restaurant. They were amazing and exceeded our expectations. Many thanks for making our stay so nice and unforgettable ♥️

We had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

Offering outdoor pool and a restaurant, Marriott Petra Hotel is located in Wadi Musa. Free Wi-Fi access is available in public areas. The team at the hotel was so accommodating to our requests - We had a bad stomach after 2 weeks of travel and were very sick. The hotel manager helped us to coordinate with the kitchen and find a guest who’s a doctor for me to consult. The team always made sure we have enough water to hydrate ourselves. The chief Chef Feraz (hope I spell his name right) made an exception for us to cook our homemade food which is not on the menu. We really appreciated the help from the Marriot team and will definitely recommend it to future guests!
