This one was wonderful, modern, large room, clean (of course, everything in Japan is!), the breakfast was super wonderful. We would always have our happy hour/dinner at the bar and they treated us like royalty; such a wonderful society.

When checking out, one of staff members asked me if I needed my baggages to be stored for a while after checking out. It was very good that he asked me that before I asked him to do so. The room was quite clean and wonderful. The service was also great. I will stay at this hotel again next time!

The facilities were also very nice we used the swimming pool and sauna. There’s an extra cost but it’s very nice and not busy. There’s bar was so relaxing. Also every single member of staff we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Even arranging the return of an item we left by mistake! I look forward to staying again.

Rooms are quite big. We had the view of the park. Toiletries and PJs were provided. I personally loved that it’s one station away from Nagoya Station so I don’t have to deal with the crowds (I try to avoid this stn 😊). Staff were courteous and helpful. Loved our stay here. We will definitely choose to stay here again :)
