Ito-san at the front reception has my greatest admiration. He helped me through a crisis. I thought my cruise was from Yokohama, hence this hotel. It turned out to be the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal. We were about an hour away. He reassured us that all is fine and booked a taxi for us. We got to the terminal and were able to check in to the cruise. All ended well because of Ito-san.
