A Luxury Hotel, best service in the city! Large and beautiful rooms, where everything is designed best for full comfort and a luxury atmosphere. Located very close to a train station. The cleaning was excellent, and the staff at the reception were very friendly and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay, no doubt we will come back!

A big room, 3 beds (one for each of us), a place for the laundry, a wonderful view of the Fuji, a shopping mall close (with plenty of good restaurants), the metro station just under the hotel and the personal were nice and helpful.

Great location. So clean and all the facilities we needed and more. The staff were amazing. My husband and I lost our passports and the staff went above and beyond to help us find our passports. Love that we had access to the lounge with a free bar / snacks / coffee. It was such a treat and there was an amazing view of Tokyo from there. Also it was our honeymoon and we kept getting little gifts - so sweet of them! It says it’s a 4 star hotel but honestly felt and looked like a 5 star. Highly recommend!
