Amazing hotel in the Japanese traditional style, where you are supposed to walk bare foot all over the place. Lovely onsens, both private and public, are avaliable without reservation, you can wear traditional and cosy japanese-style bathrobes and try free of charge evening's soup and icecreams. The staff is always ready to help and polite. We felt a taste of Japan there, even if we were just to stay in the hotel and not to see the cultural heritage of Kyoto! Highly recommended place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean and comfy. There is a lot of space around the room. American Breakfast was tasty. The lounge in the hotel has hot and cold beverages and sweets. Close to 2 metro line stations.

The Gate Hotel Kyoto Takasegawa by Hulic features a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Kyoto. Excellent Hotel. Good breakfast with many options. I will remember the french toast for a long time. Amazing Kyoto view from the lobby. The location was perfect. Near to everything you need.

The Thousand Kyoto features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto. Location was very convenient. Rooms were wonderful and well designed. Recommended

Awarded two pavilions by the Michelin Guide 2020, Hotel Alza Kyoto is situated near the Kamo River and within Gion District, a 2-minute walk from Sanjo Station. Great little hotel in an excellent location. Staff was very polite and helpful.
