The Gate Hotel Kyoto Takasegawa by Hulic features a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Kyoto. Amazing!! Everything is perfect! Size of the room is huge. Location ideal. Very new, clean. Free beverages and sweets. Hotel invited Geisha san when we were in. We also could admire gozan- dai from the window of the lobby on the 8 floor. For me it is the ideal place in Kyoto. Thank you everyone from the hotel for our amazing stay.

Gorgeous facilities, helpful and friendly staff, excellent location for shopping and walking around (Pokémon store not too far and GION area also not far) We also joined the hotel’s morning stroll tour with the kids and while it was cold and a lot of walking it was perfect. We took a taxi back to the hotel. Prime location.

The Thousand Kyoto features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto. Such a superb hotel. We enjoyed everything. The location is fantastic, right next to Kyoto Station with all its shops and dining options. The hotel is so beautiful, clean and comfurtable. Highly recomended.

Awarded two pavilions by the Michelin Guide 2020, Hotel Alza Kyoto is situated near the Kamo River and within Gion District, a 2-minute walk from Sanjo Station. The hotel was super for our family of four (with two under 5-yr olds). The room was absolutely amazing, the size was mich bigger than expected. Plenty of space for the kids to play and they even had their own little area with a table to colour etc. The bathroom was super as well with a great shower. Staff were lovely and extremely hospitable. In terms of location, this too was fantastic. The part of the street is just faw away enough for it to be quiet for the kids, but you are at the center of Gion within a 5-minute walk only. Hotel is super close to two metro stations, the main street of Gion with all shops etc and a 7-11 is literally down the street (1-min walk). Highly recommend this wonderful hotel to any families or couples!
