The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent (ice cream in three flavors!!!)

Just 400 metres from JR Hamamatsu Train Station, the hotel is 1.5 km from Hamamatsu Castle. Lake Hamana, Ryotan-ji Temple and Ryotan-ji Garden are all about a 40-minute drive away. The view was perfect (big panoramic window) I loved waking up to the view of the ocean! Room was big enough. Toilet was spacious. It’s not very new - but it had this old school vibe- I like it. Staff was very nice. I recommend it!
