The hotel service was at the highest level - transfer from/to the airport, meals at the hotel restaurant, massages, everything! We booked at the hotel lobby a private guided tour to Angkor Wat. The tour was awesome and our tour guide - UN EM was a great host of this place with perfect English. He showed us an amazing Angkor Wat and other temples in it’s surroundings, explained the history of this place and was very open to answer all our questions. We highly recommend a private guided tour with UN EM!

We stayed 5 days with our daughter of 3 years old. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The resort is super calm and relaxing. The staff is amazing and the food is good. We ended up eating most of the times in the hotel. The kidsclub is lovely and the gym is next level. We loved it. We can definitely recommend this hotel.
