Simply amazing. Everyone was so welcoming. The welcome drinks and the explanation of our rooms & also the tour packages was all so professional. Thanks to Luna , Lana & Nisa who made our stay pleasant. Everyone was so helpful & chirpy. Rooms were exceptionally clean. The whole hotel oozed with positive energy. Special mention about Luna who was guiding us around and giving us a lot of tips. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks you team for making our stay memorable.

The breakfast is nice (although they serve a buffet breakfast only when there are many people staying the hotel, otherwise it's a-la-carte), the staff is amazing and the amenities are wonderful. They also upgraded our room (we were on a honeymoon) and offered a honeymoon package (decorated the room + romantic dinner by the pool). Amazing!

This place is beyond beautiful, it was everything we dreamt off and so much more. The villas are stunning, so thoughtfully laid out. Breakfast all day is so amazing. The restaurant is great, the spa is excellent and best of all, the staff are incredible. Special mention to Seam and Mr Sreng who made our trip so unbelievably special. Seam was amazing, from our greeting at the airport right to saying goodbye, he was so friendly and helpful. We felt like VIPs. Seam organised a 2 day tour for us to visit the temples. Mr Sreng drove us and was an incredible tour guide. We loved our time with Mr Sreng. We spent our honeymoon at Waka and wished we'd stayed for 2 more weeks, it was out of this world. We will be back ♥
