The staff is doing their outmost to make the stay comfortable, helps with booking turistic tours, packs lunch in case of early leave, and very kind. The swimming pool is gorgeous on the top floor with a nice bar and view over the city. The location is perfect with many shops, restaurants and spa nearby. I cannot wait to stay again there in Siem Reap!

Staff was incredibly helpful and personable. Restaurant is a good option if you want to stay in and dine. Rooms are very comfortable. The whole place still feels new, even a year in. Saltwater pool is fantastic.
