Location was great, and we loved biking around the town on the bikes provided by the hotel. It was also easy to walk from the hotel as well. The food was mostly outstanding, the staff very friendly with excellent English. We loved the architecture and layout of the hotel, and the pool was amazing.

The concierge service was outstanding, thoughtfully arranging a tour for the Alms Giving, Morning Markets and Kiang Si Falls that allowed me to explore the charm of Luang Prabang with ease.

Timeless elegance and breathtaking views of Mount Phousi—La Résidence Phou Vao is Luang Prabang’s most serene and storied royal retreat. Truly the highlight of our two weeks in the region. From the moment we arrived at the pier the staff was fantastic, especially to our young daughter. We just came from staying at a Four Seasons and the staff at La Residence far exceeded what we experienced there. The rooms, restaurant and ground are also perfect - the location is ideal for exploring Luang Prabang but retreating after dark to relax and debrief over cocktails. We are already discussing a return for next winter.

Overlooking the picturesque Nam Khan River, Burasari Heritage Luang Prabang is situated in the heart of the Old Town. It offers stylish accommodation with free WiFi. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, an old colonial house that is truly stunning. Everything is made of wood, and the rooms are gorgeous. The service was excellent, and we also had dinner at the restaurant, where the food was great. Highly recommended!
