The staff was extremely attentive and professional and the food was simply outstanding.They even arranged a walk for us to Lovers Leap waterfall, which is easily accessible from the hotel and was a perfect experience. A truly authentic stay in “Little England”. Highly recommended for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and a genuine atmosphere.

Had to stop over for the night and the sharp deal on booking.com combined with the promise of a sauna and pool drew me in. The hotel is gleaming and spotlessly clean, I got a huge room with all you can ask for. The sauna and pool were a wonderful treat for a weary traveller, and breakfast was a huge buffet with lots of delicious food. But the best part was the staff, all going out of their way with big smiles, eager to please. From the welcome at the reception, to the delightful Duminu who helped me with everything (Sorry I don’t know if that’s how you write it but this guy was the best!), and of course Michael who was the superfriendly host in the restaurant. When I arrived it was his birthday and the whole staff invited me in for a cake. Such a nice surprise! Loved this place!
