The Golden Crown Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in Ampitya, Kandy, Srilanka. The staff were very nice , helpful and friendly. The pool is super nice. Rooms were comfortable. We would stay here again if we come back to Sri Lanka.

His dedication to ensuring we had a wonderful stay was truly appreciated. The hotel itself is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made for a perfect retreat. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make our stay special — always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Traveling as a family, we especially appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating everyone was. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, and every detail seemed designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. The common areas were equally lovely — ideal for both moments of peace and time together as a family. Whether it was a kind gesture at breakfast or a friendly chat at reception, we felt seen, valued, and cared for, especially my 15 months old daughter! This was more than just a stay; it was an experience of true hospitality. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back — thank you for everything!

After a disappointing experience in Kandy and a grueling 10-hour drive, we arrived at this incredible haven, where we were warmly welcomed by Inoka at the gate. She went above and beyond, even helping us maneuver our little tuk-tuk up the driveway. The dinner she prepared was absolutely delicious, and the hospitality was unmatched. This place, and its wonderful owner, truly became one of the highlights of our journey through Sri Lanka. The breakfast? Simply out of this world! We’ll be recommending this hidden gem to everyone we know.

Santani Wellness Kandy, having opened in 2016 has received a number of international accolades highlighting the level of service, the cuisine and the spa. Lovely peaceful location. Birds & greenery everywhere. Staff were exceptional. Food was so good
