Located 4 km from Negombo Beach Park in Negombo, Waterland has 5 air-conditioned villas, each with an infinity-edge plunge pool. Guests benefit from flat-screen TVs with satellite channels is... This is an oasis in Negombo. We had the Elephant suite. It has views of the river and it has its own pool. The rooms are spacious , the bathroom is lovely. Staff are so nice. We did the river boat trip ( Extra cost , but worth it), and saw kingfishers. An owl and bat island. Breakfast and dinner were both really good. Great place to either start or end your trip to Sri Lanka. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sentido Heritance Negombo, and I must say it was a memorable experience from start to finish. Located just a short drive from Colombo’s international airport, the hotel is ideally positioned right on the golden sands of Negombo beach. Check-in & First Impressions: The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff were professional, courteous, and efficient. The lobby area is beautifully designed with a refreshing coastal aesthetic and open spaces that immediately give you a sense of calm. Room & Comfort: My room offered a stunning view of the Indian Ocean, with a private balcony to enjoy the sunset. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished with all modern amenities including a comfortable bed, smart TV, minibar, and luxurious bathroom. Housekeeping was consistently excellent throughout the stay. Dining Experience: The hotel’s restaurants offered a great variety of both Sri Lankan and international cuisine. The buffet breakfast was a highlight — fresh tropical fruits, traditional hoppers, and an impressive selection of Western and Asian dishes. I particularly enjoyed dining by the pool in the evenings; the seafood options were fresh and delicious. Facilities & Ambience: The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is the star of the property — perfect for relaxing under the sun. The spa services were also exceptional, offering a range of traditional Ayurvedic treatments and massages. The fitness center was well-equipped for a hotel gym. Service & Hospitality: The staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Whether it was room service, concierge, or restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, respectful, and genuinely hospitable — a true reflection of Sri Lankan warmth. Overall Impression: Sentido Heritance Negombo is a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and local charm.

Stunning ocean views, spotless rooms, incredibly friendly staff, and delicious restaurant cuisine. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Goldi Sands Hotel offers beachfront accommodation in Negombo, a 15-minute drive from Bandaranaike International Airport. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here during my first night in Negombo. The pool staff were great, as well as those on the reception desk and restaurant.

Sitting on a coconut plantation beside the Negombo Lagoon, Vivanta Colombo Airport Garden features an outdoor pool and tennis courts. It also offers 2 dining options and a shopping arcade. We stayed at the hotel prior to a return flight to the UK. It was the sixth hotel we'd used in our trip to Sri Lanka and by far the best. we had a lovely, large, double-aspect room where all the facilities worked and were easy to work out. (We had discovered that convoluted and incomprehensible light switching is a feature of hotels in Sri Lanka but not this one.)
