Spread across 38 acres of land, Jetwing Yala features an outdoor pool, a business centre and luxurious rooms located on the borders of Yala National Park. Beach and the pool area are incredible - best I ever saw. Since the location is jungle, there is not much to do besides safari but pool and beach were so amazing that we didnt even look for any other way to spend our time. Elephant on the beach is WOOOW 😍 Staff is wonderful as everywhere in Sri Lanka - always smiling and being very helpful. Rooms are spacious and designed so good with huge comfortable bed. Food also on point.

Enjoying views of Tissa Lake from all its modern rooms, The Safari is located in Tissamaharama. A 20-minute drive from Yala National Park, it has an outdoor pool with lake view and free Wi-Fi. They have a nice pool. Great restaurant. The food is delicious. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this property. They provide jeep safari service too. The 25 year experience driver was awesome.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Hotel Tamarind Tree is located just 1.5 km from the beautiful Tissa Wewa and 2 km from Tissamaharama City. Free WiFi access is available. We loved the location of this hotel. It was beautiful. Our main purpose was to go for Safari, and this hotel is perfectly located from Yala National Park. They even packed us breakfast at 5am, so we can take it with us to Safari. We spent an afternoon at the pool, (and had it all to ourselves which was also a bonus). The food was great, and we had the buffet there. The staff were all amazing. Everyone that worked there, were quite young, but incredibly professional, polite and kind, and they all really went out of their way to help us.

We had dinner and breakfast, both of which tasted very good! Demmi was also very accommodating, read every wish, really crazy. Our esteemed Chamma drove us from the hotel to Trincomalee, a real guide who has Sri Lanka in his blood, he knows so much about this country and is very accommodating. We have already booked a second trip with him. Sri Lanka and this hotel is a dream.
