Very professional and accomplished personal! Cleanliness, Organisation, friendliness and extreme attention to detail really impressed. For such a big resort, the familiar atmosphere is still there! Quality is incomparable to most places we have stayed in Morocco.

Mme Ardan, the manager, was everywhere all the time ensuring guests needs and comfort. All the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our suite was outstanding, and everything was very nice. The two massages I had at the Spa were both extremely good and professional. Also, the hotel's location is excellent, at the very edge of the Medina. We look forward to returning there soon.

Everything great. I extended my stay twice because I feel at home. The Riad is really beautiful and clean. The suite number 2 is huge and exquisite. The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

Set in the heart of Fez, in the city’s new quarter, Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace offers air-conditioned rooms and an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. We stayed 5 nights, very nice hotel, staff accommodating and friendly, rooms very beautiful and modern, bed was made everyday. we recommend.

Above all, the hosts! couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. If you visit Fes for the first time it's tricky to locate anything by yourself - no worries, they pick you up at the entrance to old medina and help you carry my luggage, which IS seriously a great plus. The location was convenient while sitting back a little bit from the main street, which made it all the night comfortable for sleeping. Obviously the interior decoration is of great taste and the facilities were well maintained. Enjoyed breakfast 2 days.

The location is exceptional as there is no need to take a taxi. The staff is highly professional and amicable. The room and bathroom are newly refurbished, immaculately clean, and minimalist in design. The hotel's restaurant is highly recommended, offering a wide variety of delectable dishes. Additionally, the cooking lesson offered at the hotel is an exceptional and unique experience. Furthermore, the facilities are impeccably clean.

Offering an outdoor pool, a garden, a spa and wellness centre, Hotel Sahrai is located in Fès, a 10-minute drive from the old Medina. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Beautiful hotel and rooms, all the restaurants are also great. The hotel staff was very helpful with arranging reservations, tours and taxis. Only a short taxi ride away from the Medina and there are also more restaurants nearby. Would absolutely stay again.

Just come come come you won't regret it LOL. The suite is beautiful and spacious, Very good location and good view of the whole medina city at the restaurant,enjoy the sunset . Hotel room is better than the pictures shown here. From the gate to the parking lot,When you arrive , call the hotel, the traditional well-dressed bell-boy would take you to the parking lot and help take your luggagel . At the Reception，Fatima is absolutely helpful and friendly and happy, And also the manager. They impressed me a lot. I will surely come next time. They are all happy person. We even make friends LOL... thank you all

Palais Faraj Suites & Spa ligger i hjertet af Fès og byder på indkvartering i et tidligere arabisk-maurisk palads med udsigt over medinaen. Authentic Moorish and well maintained Palace with a pool. Close to Old Fez. Few steps away from Medina. Gorgeous rooftop restaurant for diners and breakfast. Polite staff. Clean rooms , extra nice duvet on the bed. Parking inside is available for free. Strongly recommend. We were upgraded to a suit, as travelled in low season, that gave us an extra perk.
